Right of withdrawal

This withdrawal policy concerns the right of withdrawal, that is, your statutory right to undo a newly concluded contract within fourteen days. This is different from cancellation, by which you end an ongoing subscription for the future: if you cancel, you keep using Festen until the end of the period you have already paid for, with no refund. Cancellation is governed by the terms of use. Please also note the following distinction between purchases via the store and contracts directly with us.

Purchases via the App Store and Play Store

You purchase the paid Festen subscription through Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store. The contractual partner for this purchase is the relevant store operator. Withdrawal or a refund for this purchase is governed by the store's terms and process and is handled through the store. Please use the refund or withdrawal function of the App Store or Play Store for this.

Contracts directly with us

Insofar as you conclude a contract directly with us, you have the statutory right of withdrawal set out below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wamb’s Consulting, owner Poclaire Wamba, Festen App, Knesebeckstraße 63, 10719 Berlin, kontakt@festen.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Where payment was made via the App Store or Play Store, a refund is handled through the respective store.

Start of performance during the withdrawal period

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.
